Reserve your private tour by paying 50% of the total amount securely through PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

Step 5: Receive confirmation and details.
Once your payment is received, you’ll get an automatic email with your receipt and booking confirmation. Shortly after, we’ll send a personalized message with your itinerary and important travel details.

Booking deadline:
Private tours can be booked online until 8:00 PM on the day before your selected departure date.

Tour Terms & Conditions

Company Cancellations: If Private Tour Guide Cusco needs to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, political unrest, or any unexpected situation (before or during the journey), we will issue a full refund of the total tour amount.

Changes & Rebooking: Changes & Rebooking: You can modify your tour date or choose an alternative experience (such as Palcoyo, Humantay Lake, or the Sacred Valley) free of charge until 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled departure. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Refund Policy: Get a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
• Receive a 50% refund if you cancel within 24 hours but before 7:00 PM on the previous day.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7:00 PM the day before the tour.
