Fantastic Private Tour with Exceptional Personal Service Our tour guide, Alfredo, and our driver, Alfonso, were absolutely amazing and made our private Sacred Valley tour a wonderful experience. They picked us up from our hotel in Urubamba for our Sacred Valley tour and were incredibly flexible and accommodating, adjusting the itinerary to match our interests and schedule. We visited Moray, Maras, Pisac, Ollantaytambo, and Chinchero, and Alfredo took the time to understand what we were most interested in, tailoring the tour accordingly. What really stood out was their exceptional service. After our visit to Machu Picchu, they met us at the train station upon our return, gave us a wonderful tour of Cusco city, and then dropped us off at the airport. This made our travel day seamless and allowed us to make the most of our time in Cusco. Sacred Valley hike and tour We met Alfredo by chance at Qorikancha and after a great tour with him we asked for possibilities to tour the Sacred Valley. This was the best decision we could have made. Alfredo tailored the experience exactly to our liking. We went to Moray, the Saltmines and Pisac. Alfonzo, our driver, made us feel incredibly safe going from one place to the next. At the sights itself, Alfredo showed his seemingly endless knowledge of the region, it was incredible. We asked him questions for hours and he knew all the answers. He really listened to what we wanted and as a result we went on a beautiful hike in Pisac. Over all, we highly recommend this service, as it allows you to spend more time at sights with less people and is at a very fair price. We especially want to say how impressed we were with the communication. Both Alfredo and Alfonzo went above and beyond to make the day happen and we really appreciate that. Great arrangement. Love Alfonzo! We used this service for three days while staying in Cusco—touring the Sacred Valley for two days and hiring a driver for a third day. When we first inquired, the quoted prices were quite high because they included a tour guide at each site. However, we let them know we only needed a driver to take us to the locations, and they were able to accommodate that request. Our driver, Alfonzo, was wonderful. He spoke a bit of English, though not fluently, but we really appreciated his safe driving and the fact that he genuinely looked out for us throughout the trip. The total cost was US$250 for three days, which we found to be a very reasonable rate for two people. One note: they initially suggested restaurants, often buffet-style places, but we preferred to choose our own. Alfonzo was flexible and had no issue with this—and the places we picked ended up being much better. We highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Cusco who wants to explore the Sacred Valley at their own pace. It was also great for our trip to Rainbow Mountain, as having a private driver meant we didn’t have to wake up as early as the group tours.
